 An applicant for the Registered Cleanroom Certification Professional- Sterile Compound must meet the following qualification and supply the required supporting documentation. 
Part A: Written Examination
 Qualifications:  Been employed in the field for two (2) years as a controlled environment certification technician.
 
Required documentation: Employment Verification letter which must:

• On the letterhead of the applicant's employer
• State the years which the applicant has worked for employer
• State the applicant's job responsibilities
• Contain the original signature of the applicant's supervisor

OR 

•  signed certification reports proving active employment in the field for at least two (2)years

OR 

• other approved proof of active participation in sterile compounding facility certification activities for at least two (2) years.

 
Part B: Practical Examination
 Must have taken Part A-written examination prior to taking the practical examination.
