Each year, CETA members elect representatives to serve on the Board of Directors. These leaders help guide the direction of the association, support industry initiatives, and ensure the organization continues to serve its members effectively.

We encourage all eligible members to review the candidates and participate in the voting process.

Kelly Faulisi

Supplier Candidate | U.S. Micro Solutions

Kelly Faulisi is the Owner and President of U.S. Micro-Solutions, Inc., which she proudly acquired in January 2026 after nearly a decade with the company. Since joining in 2016, she has worked in a wide range of laboratory roles, giving her a strong, hands-on understanding of operations, quality systems, and client needs.  An active and engaged member of CETA, Kelly currently serves as the Membership Committee Chair, where she is committed to strengthening member connections and supporting organizational growth. She delivered U.S. Micro-Solutions™ study findings as a speaker at the 2023 Orlando Conference and is set to return to the stage at this year's conference, while also participating in a CETA educational series. She also helped plan and launch the New Member Welcome event at last year's conference, contributing to its successful debut and strong engagement from attendees.  With a leadership style grounded in quality, integrity, and continuous improvement, Kelly is dedicated to maintaining U.S. Micro-Solutions™ personalized service while driving innovation and expansion in environmental microbiology testing. She is equally committed to the CETA organization and is deeply passionate about its mission, values, and continued outreach, advocating for meaningful education, collaboration, and industry advancement.

 

Rhonda Lintner, MPH

Supplier Candidate | Pace Analytical Laboratories - Building Sciences

Rhonda Lintner is a seasoned expert in the testing and certification of controlled environments, bringing more than 18 years of experience supporting cleanrooms, BSCs, LAFWs, Fume Hoods, and other primary engineering controls in healthcare and research facilities. The foundation of her career has been built on the certification side of the industry, with extensive operational experience in performance testing, environmental monitoring, and engineering control verification aligned with USP <797>/<800>, FDA and cGMP standards. She has supported sterile compounding pharmacies, Department of Defense facilities, and complex research environments across the United States and internationally. Her expertise spans commissioning support (IQ/OQ/PQ), microbial bioburden assessment, airflow and process analysis, and practical, data-driven problem solving. Rhonda is committed to strengthening the certification profession, advancing technical standards, and supporting collaboration within the global CETA community.

 


Max Bishop 

Certifier Candidate | Micro-Analytics, Inc.

Max Bishop obtained his B.S. in Biology from Centre College, while concentrating in Microbiology, as well as Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (BMB). He began his career in the healthcare safety engineering and industrial hygiene field for Micro-Analytics Inc. in 2011. His initial responsibilities included consulting on healthcare engineering and construction projects to provide infection control testing and prevention solutions. Due to his technical knowledge, he was eventually tasked with creating a controlled environment services program for Micro-Analytics Inc., during which he became one of the first CETA Registered Cleanroom Professional for Sterile Compounding Facilities in the state of Kentucky. In addition to being the senior project and service manager, he acts as the master service technician for larger projects while being responsible for technician training. Max has extensive experience in testing of healthcare environments and providing engineering solutions for healthcare facilities.

 



Micah Hunter

Certifier Candidate | Technical Safety Services

Micah brings 27 years of experience in the certification industry, beginning as a field technician and advancing into management roles with CEPA Company and currently serving with Technical Safety Services, where he oversees operations across the Los Angeles area managing a team of 27 technicians. Throughout his career, Micah has contributed to several CAG committees, including CAG 003, CAG 014, CAG 016, and the Grant Committee. Additionally, Micah has taught courses in the CETA series on three occasions and participated as a speaker on the Tribal Knowledge panel at the 2025 conference. Micah is enthusiastic about continuing his involvement with the CETA organization and contributing to its ongoing progress and leadership within the industry.

 

 


Conner Loposky

Certifier Candidate | Advanced Testing & Certification

Conner Loposky is a seasoned bio safety technician and the Safety Manager for Advanced Testing and Certification. Active in the controlled environment testing industry since November 2014, Conner brings 11 years of hands-on technical expertise, field experience, and safety leadership to his work. He holds key industry credentials, including NSF 49 and CNBT RCCP accreditations. A strong advocate for the development and standardization of industry practices, Conner actively contributes to the advancement of CETA guidelines. He served on the CETA Application Guide (CAG) Writing Committee for CAG-015, where he played an instrumental role in shaping the testing standards for passthroughs. Dedicated to modernizing resources for field professionals, Conner is constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency and knowledge-sharing within the industry. Conner’s deep technical background, commitment to evolving safety standards, and forward-thinking approach to industry resources make him a dedicated and forward-looking candidate for the 2026 CETA Board.

 


Shane Morris

Certifier Candidate | Champion Air Testing

Shane Morris is the owner of Champion Air Testing and a controlled environment testing professional committed to strategic leadership and industry advocacy. He is currently serving his first term on the CETA Board of Directors, where he has managed the CETA modular Cleanroom and Testing Equipment and currently serves as 2026 Chair for the CETA Series. Shane also has a history of service on CETA CAG committees, contributing to the advancement of consistent certification practices, professional standards, and CETAs mission.

 


Dan Takata

Certifier Candidate | Takata Cleanroom Services, LLC

Dan Takata has nearly 20 years of experience in cleanroom testing, certification, and airflow visualization. He is the Owner and Operator of Takata Cleanroom Services LLC in Minnesota, providing certification, consulting, and technical services to pharmaceutical, healthcare, and other controlled environment facilities. Dan also travels both nationally and internationally performing on-site Airflow Visualization Studies for Microrite, Inc., and is an instructor at the Eagleson Institute. He currently serves as Committee Chair of the Controlled Environment Testing Association (CETA) Education and Professional Development Committee, helping guide industry training and professional development initiatives.

 

 


Voting Information

Voting will open on Monday, April 6 and remain open until Monday, April 20 at 10:00 AM.

Eligible members will receive a ballot via email with instructions on how to cast their vote.
